Chef Walter gets and Award..

Walter Bronowitz, CCC, CCE, AAC, is a highly respected certified chef and member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and American Academy of Chefs. He has given copious amounts of time to advancing the culinary industry, educating culinary students and volunteering for the Chef & Child Foundation in educating children and families on proper nutrition and healthy eating in the fight against childhood obesity.
The awards Chef Bronowitz has received throughout the years were more than deserved. The award he recently received, which I think you were referring to, was the 2012 ACF Western Region Hermann G. Rusch Chef’s Achievement Award, in March. The Hermann G. Rusch Chef’s Achievement Award honors chefs who have demonstrated the highest level of commitment to both ACF and the culinary profession. Such chefs, through their involvement with and contributions to ACF and the craft, have advanced the culinary profession and ensured the enrichment of students, ACF members and those in the culinary profession.
Only four regional and one national award are given annually, and the selection process is detailed and not taken lightly. Chef Bronowitz deserved this award, as did the three other chefs, all of whom are in contention for the national award.

This note from the AFC leaves me speechless.  Not a single thing here reflects the experience we have had under his care.

Not a single thing.

This is our experience:
